VCreate Logic provide initial support assistance to developers, researchers and students to help accelerate adoption of our products, and deploy solutions faster.
We actively support both FOSS and commercial adoptions of our products, which includes :
E-mail support to both FOSS and commercial users of GCF and VTK Designer 2.
Telephone and Online chat support to all commercial license holders of GCF / KDCF. License Edition includes 1 year support and maintenance, subsequent renewal has to be purchased. Support for the same will be provided through KDAB's support channels.
Premium support at extra cost, for customer looking for on-site consulting, training and contract based development services.
